 When you sit in my chair, I’ll start by making sure you’re as comfortable as possible, you will be offered a variety of refreshment options. Then we consult about your desired results! I consult with every client whether it’s your first time or 500th time in my chair.

During processing time, you’ll get to relax and have the space to yourself with little check-ins from me, making sure you have everything you need. Once process time is finished its time to wash! I strive to make the shampoo process as luxurious as possible with a warmed neck rest (sprayed with lavender & eucalyptus), there's also an optional reclining foot rest for extra comfort. And we all know a wash at the salon isn’t complete without a relaxing head massage, I promise it’ll put you into the deepest relaxation.

Throughout the service I’ll recommend the products your hair would love. Once you’ve been styled to perfection and we’ve checked out your amazing new hair & selection of products, we then schedule out your next appointment to ensure you stay on track with the schedule we’ve customized for your hair’s needs!

Salon Policies

 Cancellation Policy

One day advance notice is required for cancellations. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service value.

No Shows

Anyone who forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment will be charged the full amount of the services scheduled. No exceptions.

Late Arrivals

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will be considered as a no-show and will need to reschedule to accommodate clients scheduled after you. You will also be required to pay the schedule service value.
